The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) at Arise Recovery Centers allows our clients to receive the treatment that they need locally in a comfortable, confidential setting. Our Outpatient Drug & Alcohol Rehab Counselors have achieved the highest certifications and are focused on delivering a truly personalized addiction treatment experience for our clients. 

IOP Program groups meet 3 times per week for 3 hours each session. We offer both day and evening group sessions. Our groups usually have 8-12 people in each group. In these sessions, our clients will be introduced to various evidence-based treatment methods including but not limited to DBT, CBT, Experiential, 12 steps, relapse prevention, and life skills. Our clients will also meet with their therapist for 1 hour each week. The total programming for our IOP Program is 10 hours per week. The average length of our IOP is 8 weeks. If a client may need to detox or have a medical withdrawal, we work with many hospitals and detox facilities that can safely get the individual through the withdrawal phase. Outpatient rehab treatment is a great option for clients as they can learn how to stay sober in a real-life setting, and it is a much lower cost than in-patient residential treatment. Outpatient treatment isn’t for everyone though. Some individuals need to go to an inpatient treatment center.
