Rachel Goodwin is a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor Intern. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor and her masters degree in Professional Counseling from Amberton University. Rachel specializes in the treatment of addictions, eating disorders, and trauma. Rachel is EMDR trained and has extensive background in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and the 12 Step model. Rachel uses her personal experience in recovery to relate to clients, meet them where they are, and gently guide them into a recovered life.
