Meet William Nokes

William is a master level clinician with over 17 years of experience.  As a License Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) and a License Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA), William’s experience includes working with a diverse population of individuals, including individuals in the criminal justice system challenged with substance abuse and co-occurring disorders, mental health and behavior health disorders, trauma, domestic violence, sexual assaults, and HIV/AIDS. William’s treatment modality is using a client-centered approach to help facilitate change in people’s lives he encounters at Arise Recovery Center. William is very passionate about helping people achieve their recovery goals, to become self-sufficient, and independent productive citizens in society. As a person with over 22 years in recovery, William understands the challenges people face in their everyday struggle with addiction.
