Ryland is a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) with over 10 years experience in residential and outpatient treatment settings. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Kennesaw State University in Atlanta, Georgia.
Ryland specializes in group and individual therapy, utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing. Her compassionate and person-centered approach allows her to tailor treatment to meet the unique needs of each client, fostering a supportive and effective therapeutic environment.
In her spare time, Ryland enjoys gardening, travel, visual arts and needlepoint. However, her most rewarding time away from work is the time she spends with her husband and her son.
Ryland sought treatment for her own addiction in 2004 and lives a life of recovery. She believes this allows her to walk alongside clients as they navigate their own journeys of recovery.
