Meet Caitlin Leeper
Tele-Med Therapist - LPCA & LCDC
Caitlin is a LPC-associate as well as a licensed chemical dependency counselor (LCDC) and a national certified counselor (NCC) with years of experience in addiction recovery. She graduated from Southern New Hampshire University in 2020 with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. It is a true passion of hers to create a safe and accepting space for people to feel and process what is keeping them trapped in their addictive cycles. Working together with clients, she hopes to help them develop healthy coping skills to make positive choices for themselves and their recovery.
As a counselor, Caitlin has worked in an acute inpatient center, treating addiction with co-occurring disorders, and has extensive experience with the 12-step model of recovery. She has facilitated both group and individual counseling with a trauma-informed approach. Utilizing techniques borrowed from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI), she treats clients from a holistic, client-centered perspective. She believes everyone has a unique life experience–physically, mentally, emotionally, socially, and spiritually. With that in mind, she provides each client with an individualized approach to healing to address their unique needs.
Caitlin is grateful to be a part of the ARC family.
In her free time, you’ll find her out in nature, playing the piano, or spending time with her son and dog.
